Good morning. My son has been taking Medikinet 20 mg for some time. The dose was increased (previously he took 10 mg, once a day). After increasing the dose, after a few days, he began to have a "jumping" temperature (once he has 35.6, then 37.2 then lower again, without giving drugs to reduce the temperature), recurrent dry cough (auscultatively clear), he has no appetite, even for sweets, he doesn't feel like doing anything. When he took Medikinet 10 mg, none of the above occurred. Could these be side effects when the dose is increased (in the leaflet the above are listed as side effects)?
