Can I expect to see an improvement in sleep duration after taking L-Tryptophan for a longer period of time?
prescribed by a psychiatrist: L-Tryptophan, then possibly Trittico. Trittico - for self-regulation of the dose, starting from 1/3.
I took it for 2 weeks. at a dose of 500mg.
Sleep improved from 5 hours to 6.5 hours. 5/7 days a week.
improvement of well-being immediately and it is getting better. By the way, I also continue psychotherapy. I perceive the stress factor differently.
I have the strength for more and more things, making decisions, etc.
But I would like to improve my sleep.
I started taking 1000mg for a week.again it is only 5h.
Now I'm after 3 days of Trittico in a dose of 1/3.
I feel distance to everything, it's not very comfortable. Sleep is of better quality, but just as short.
I'm thinking of going back to L-Tryptophan. whether in connection with the improvement of the quality of life, the increase in energy for new activities, working through the stress factor, etc. can I expect to get a longer sleep by taking L-Tryptophan alone?
