Do Vibin tablets have a different composition than the Kyleen IUD? I am afraid of the same side effects.

Kyleena and Vibin have completely different derivatives of sex hormones in their composition. Kyleena is a one-component therapeutic system that contains levonorgestrel. Vibin is a two-component contraceptive pill containing ethinylestradiol and drospirenone. According to the manufacturer of the drug Vibin, alopecia as a side effect can occur in 0.1-1% of patients. In the case of the Kyleena IUD, the data speak of 1-10% of patients. Of course, these are indicative data, but they give some idea of how to compare the incidence of some side effects.
