(NO MEDICINE IN MMEDICE) Good evening, I am struggling, or rather we are struggling with the attending physician with a problem regarding the new drug entering pharmacies and mMedici. I've been on a given dose of MPH (methylphenidate) in the form of Medikinet 20mg IR for a long time, but some of its side effects discussed with my doctor resulted in a suggestion to test Tentin (dexamfetamine sulfate) 5mg/10mg, because these are gradually being introduced to pharmacies in Poland, and soon we will even have a dose of 20mg. Treatment starts with doses of 5mg, however, due to my treatment history and some "drug resistance" to high doses of OHM, we decided to write a prescription for Tentin 10mg, 30tbl, a monthly supply at a dosage of 1tbl/24h, instead of the minimum D.S. 1-1-1, as is necessary with Medikinet; Modified forms of release have also been tried, but to no avail. The problem turned out to be the software of the office, because the doctor could not find Tentin either by name or by name (neither Polish nor Latin) of the substance to be issued, while all drugs - for example, I entered Tramal, Concerta, MST200, Targin, Transtec - mMedica searched perfectly and released them for authorization, not only those on Rpw and not only those with the letter T. THE MAIN QUESTION IS: Do you know when mMedica should update the database without taking additional steps regarding data downloads, etc. on the part of the doctor? The person I go to is not the most satisfied with the change "from paper to codes", and therefore the most "computer". It was also not an excuse for not wanting to prescribe it - I was shown a monitor with the words "if you can find this medicine here, please enter it". And I failed with a tech-inf background and, as I thought, knowing Kamsoft and mMedica, m.in. Thank you very much for your answer and best regards.
And since I am already able to stay on relatively high doses of methylphenidate taken in three divided portions, sometimes I skip the last one, which of course the doctor is informed about, due to the randomness of sleep problems combined with my reluctance to benzodiazepines after discontinuing a certain preparation - what about supplementation while taking MHP with tested preparations, but actually containing active components of ashwagandha?
