Is it possible that dostinex causes tightness in the chest, dizziness and shortness of breath?
Hello, I have been taking cabergoline since April last year due to a macroadenoma, I have started therapy with half a tablet twice a week. I had an MRI last year and the adenoma seems to have reduced slightly, I should have another one soon. In July, my endocrinologist decided to increase the dose, and add half an extra tablet per week and thus go to 3 times a week. From there I began to have palpitations, tightness in the chest and shortness of breath. With my general practitioner we decided to go back to the initial dose, the symptoms improved slightly. Now, however, in this last month they have returned, mainly tightness in the chest and shortness of breath and low blood pressure (which I have always had since I started therapy) Is it possible that it was due to the increase in therapy which was then stopped? I have also read that it is appropriate to make specific visits to the heart and lungs for patients with long-term treatment, is it right? Or
