I have been taking Sulpiride for several years. For a long time I took 200 mg per day; i.e. 1 a.m. and 1 a.m. After some time, it turned out that I had a very high level of prolactin after this drug and the doctor gradually reduced my dose. Initially up to 100mg/day. Currently, for several months I have been taking only 50mg in the morning - which is the smallest possible dose. I asked the doctor if such a small dose is therapeutic at all, he said that it is possible that it is not, but there may be an effect of, for example, a placebo. To tell you the truth, I don't know what to think about it. In general, I would like to go back to life without medication... A question for you: is such a dose therapeutic to your knowledge? Does 50mg per "peasant" 185 cm and almost 100kg give anything? Is it really a pity to poison yourself? and One more thing: can such a long-term intake of this drug (several years) have any adverse effects on health? PS. The doctor gave me a free hand regarding further taking or withdrawal, but he did not explain to me whether I can discontinue these 50mg from day to day or in another way.
