Good morning, I have been taking hormonal contraception for 4 years, I changed pills three times while for about three years I have been taking orlifique 21 + 7 tablets. I always try to take to the minute and follow all recommendations. However, in the last month they had two disturbing situations, namely in the previous cycle month of April with 4 tablets from the second week of the blister 6h after taking the tablet there was vomiting, more than 4 hours passed when the tablet should be absorbed while subsequent intercourse was interrupted. In the penultimate week of the blister, i.e. the third at the 6th tablet in the evening, I turned off the alarm clock and instead of taking the tablet at 9 pm, I took it at 6 am, less than 12 hours passed as in the leaflet, when taking placebo tablets there was withdrawal bleeding but I had the impression that it was more scanty than usual. Do I have anything to fear, is the protection still maintained? I am currently on the 5th tablet of the first week of the new blister.
