Good morning... I don't know if you can ask such a question on the forum here, but I'll get to the point - I had burning, itching and then I got bombs (without liquid inside, photo) on the pubic mound. I was at the gynecologist's. I asked, terrified, if it was herpes, that I was terribly afraid. The gynaecologist said that it didn't look like that to him, but more like a fungal infection or something else. It happened a few days after shaving. I wore leggings, uncomfortable panties, maybe that's why? For a few years I have had recurrent infections, constant yeasts. But is it possible? Are there diseases that look similar?..
I was given Triderm and something moisturizing and illadian gel. It went down after about 10 days completely. The gynaecologist said that if it came down (then until Christmas, which was a maximum of 2 weeks) it would be fungi or bacteria, and if not – I should come back. And it went away, it didn't come back...
Could it actually be from fungi/bacteria? I'm terrified, help :( I've never had herpes, but I read it on the internet.
I used lamotrigine moments, maybe that's why?
