I take 60 mg of medikinet every day. I take CR 40 as well as the regular version with methylphenidate content of 10 and 20 (I have 20 on the prescription but I took the substitute).

I am dissatisfied with the effectiveness of a regular medicnet. I even asked a psychiatrist if I could get a CR 60, but apparently you can't get it. I see a solution. What is the minimum therapeutic dose of Pramolan? I'm not asking about the minimum dose because I know it's 50mg, I'm more concerned about whether using only 50mg once a day can be effective? Most of the information I found was that min is 100mg in 2 doses. The doctor recommended 50mg or 2 x 50mg depending on what effects I will observe in myself. I'm after 10 days, I can see slowly, but I don't know how much it will continue to improve and how much I should increase to 100mg. I take the drug for anxiety and mild depression, I took citalopram 20mg, then 10mg as a support but it was too strong (I have bipolar disorder so it stimulated too much). The doctor recommended discontinuing 10mg of citalopram with 50mg of propanol at the same time, which seems to make sense, especially since I currently have a lot of stressors.

After five years of trying to diagnose me, taking various medications and numerous tests (MRI, EEG, etc.), I finally managed to get to the cause of my symptoms.

I've been taking Medikinet at 2x20mg a day for two weeks now and I've been continuing my escilatopranum treatment for a long time.

The change is dramatic. I finally feel like myself. I'm calm, focused, I'm not flooded by a stream of improbable thoughts. For the first time in 5 years, I feel a real improvement.

Due to the fact that I have been able to control my life chaos lately, I would like to take it upon myself to quit smoking, which has been with me for 12 years.

My question is:

Can I take the above medication at the same time as a drug with cytosine, which would help me in the difficult fight against addiction? Can cytosine get into any adverse reactions with the above drugs?
