Can ear pain drops affect the effectiveness of contraception?

Good morning, I have a question. I take Drovelis birth control pills. For otitis, I was prescribed Ciprotic ear drops (2 times a day 5 drops in each ear for 7 days) Will these ear drops reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills or in any way affect / have an erection?

Thank you, so there is no need to use an additional method of contraception while using Ciprotic and 7 days after the end of these drops?
