What should I do if Nystatin does not help to fight oral mycosis (after treatment with Pylera)?

After treatment with Pylera, I was diagnosed with oral mycosis and I was given these tablets. The 4th day is behind me, and my mouth is still burning. More precisely, I feel dry at the tip of my tongue and in my throat. I don't know if I should take it further. My tongue is still covered like before nystatin.

I suggest continuing the treatment according to medical recommendations. Errors in the use of Pylera can lead to irritation of the esophageal mucosa (in addition to thrush, which can be a complication typical of any antibiotic therapy). If the symptoms persist after the end of Nystatin treatment, it may be necessary to implement an oral treatment (the doctor may recommend a culture). In order to alleviate the ailments, you can use mouthwashes with a disinfectant effect, e.g. Corsodyl, Solus Nano, as well as use moisturizing throat sprays such as Glosal. It is also worth taking probiotics.
