Should 30ml of biovital be divided into 2 times.? And should it be diluted with prepared water before drinking?in what quantities of water and at what time is it best to use it?is it good on an empty stomach. But then you would have to use 30ml at a time. Not written in the way to use.please advise.

Biovital Health Plus is used in a 30 ml serving 1 time a day. Biovital should not be diluted with water. It does not matter when you take the preparation. Shake the product well before use. The manufacturer does not specify how to use the medicine (with or without food).
The preparation contains iron. It should not be combined with calcium-rich foods or tea or coffee. Biovital Health Plus should also not be used after meals with a high fibre content.
