If I put on a kyleena pad, can I wash my intimate area, labia? Body gel with water ? Will this not affect the effectiveness of the insole ?

Can I wash my intimate areas and vagina in warm water with soap or body gel? Is there a possibility that this warm soapy water will get into the kyleena pad?

Due to the fact that a hot bath can increase bleeding, I encourage you to avoid it until the bleeding has stopped (or significantly decreased) after inserting the Kyleen IUD. The period of intense bleeding is conditioned individually, so it is difficult to determine whether in your case it is a few hours or a few days. We wrote more about the effect of hot baths on the Kyleena insert in the opinion: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/72348/kyleena-czy-z-wkladka-antykoncepcyjna-kyleena-mozna-kapac-sie-w-basenie-termalnym

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
