Good morning
I have 168 and the weight is 110 kg. I don't have any chronic diseases. I was diagnosed with granulation of the mucous membrane of the small intestine (frequent diarrhoea and abdominal pain).
I have been taking contraception since 2022 in total, it was first axia conti, but the bleeding after it was prolonged, I switched to axia forte, but after them there were increased symptoms before withdrawal bleeding like abdominal pain at the bottom, general malaise. Hormonal contraception was well absorbed The gynaecologist said that she did not see signs of ovulation. About a month ago I had a rather strange headache, I don't know if it was a migraine with aura, I'm not sure because I had it once and it never happened again (strange vision, like waves and then the headache, it lasted about 15 minutes) after the painkiller it went away (it was also a time when I slept little and drank little water).
The gynaecologist changed my pills for gynoring rings for 3 months, she said to observe how I would react to them, because with my BMI and a strange episode of headache, this is the line between using and discontinuing contraception. Now I'm thinking about asking for mini birth control pills after 3 months for my safety until I get back to a healthy weight. However, I am afraid that they do not have such a time window in intake as two-component ones. I've heard that you have to take them every minute or max 3 hours and they're less effective.
