I struggle with pollakiuria, urgency to urinate and urinary incontinence. I have already used many medications that did not bring any improvement in my health. I also go to a urogynaecological physiotherapist and do the exercises she presents at home. I have been taking Tamsunorm Combi, prescribed by a urologist, for several weeks. First, I got 10 tabl. (1x a day) and I had the impression that they helped me a little. After that, a few days passed before I saw the doctor, obtained a prescription and bought a full package of the drug (30 tabl.). In this short time, I felt a deterioration, a return of intensified symptoms. I returned to daily use of the drug and on most days it was bearable, i.e. the intervals between voiding and the next need to urinate were not so short + the urgency was not so strong, although I still felt the need to urinate rather unnaturally. Usually, it is a feeling of urine flowing into the penis, as if the fluid was right at the outlet of the urethra. However, during these weeks of taking the drug, there were 2 or 3 worse days when the symptoms intensified. I wonder if there is any other drug that I have not used that could help in the circumstances I have prescribed. It is not a matter of infection, which is due to sterile urine and semen cultures. The doctor spoke of a thickened wall of bad luck, which should not occur in a young person.
