Good morning
I am currently undergoing another attempt to treat H. Pylori. The current eradication attempt is:
Amotax 1g, every 12h, 14 days, after meals
Metronidazole 500 mg, every 12 hours, 14 days, after meals
Ulcamed 2 tablets, 2 times a day, 14 days, before meals
Mesopral 40 mg, 2 times a day, 14 days, before meals
Helicogastrin, once a day, 28 days, after breakfast
I know that I should take both Ulcamed and Mesopral on an empty stomach, but I can't combine them - that's why I used a 30-minute interval - is it better to take Ulcamed or Mesopral first?
From what I've read, I can combine Amotax and Metronidazole - right?
Both Helicogastrin, Amotax, and Metronidazole I have to take after a meal; I have Helicogastrin written after breakfast, while Amotax and Metronidazole also have to be taken after breakfast to take another dose after dinner, after 12 hours. Is this interval between Helisogastrin and antibiotics enough? Or can I combine all three?
Since I know that sticking to the right times of taking medication is important, I would like to ask if I have planned my medication correctly, i.e.:
8:00 am Ulcamed
8:30 Mesopraral
9:00 breakfast + Helicogastrin
9:30 amotax + metronidazole
19:30 Ulcamed
20:00 Mesopraral
20:30 dinner
21:00 Amotax + Metronidazole
Thank you in advance for your help.
