Good morning
I have the following question - how can I hunt for a drug whose availability is at least questionable, when pharmacists inform me that it is impossible to either book or notify me about availability, because, and I quote, "it is already reserved for someone". So I ask - can I queue? "No." So how can I exercise my right as a patient to have my prescription filled? No, Symkinet MR is not a replacement for Medikinet CR and my doctor does not recommend treatment with this drug. So as a patient - I have a constitutional right to health care, a basic human right to health and to health care, the right to obtain medical services, the right to be able to fill a prescription (and pharmacies, by the way, the obligation to enable this), and yet since the beginning of March (3 weeks) I have not been able to get a single box or even a leaf of this drug. So how can I exercise my rights, because currently I have the impression that probably only in court, and even here it is difficult to say how I can sue private entities for failure to comply with the obligation imposed by the state, if the state does not fulfill its obligation to enable private entities to exercise my rights; So who and for what should I sue? Or where to get the drug, why some can and others cannot be on the "waiting list" and why pharmacies do not inform about shortages on an ongoing basis?
