The patch stuck on Saturday started to peel off on the corners and was exposed to the sun - I replaced it with a new one on Sunday evening, peeling off the old one. The new patch holds up well. Is contraception preserved or is there a risk of reduced effectiveness? And should I leave the patch change date on Saturday or should I change it on Sunday? Also one question about evra patches – will there also be a characteristic milky vaginal mucus when using them, such as with pills? Thank you very much in advance for your answers.

Did the patch still work effectively if it was the third application and I noticed that there is always some dirt collected around it, about 2 mm from the edge of the patch, but the patch itself does not peel off.
