Hello! In September, I made an appointment with a neurologist, with anxiety, mood swings, PA, I sat at home, did not go anywhere, could not interact normally with society. I was diagnosed with social phobia. I was prescribed escitalopram (Cipralex, Selectra) for 3 days at 1/4 tab, 5 days at 1/2 tab and 1 tab for a long time + a month combined with Grandaxin, then, a month with atarax. The first two months I took Cipralex, then a month of selectru, then I switched to escitalopram, in general I took the pills for 6 months, it got better and I decided to quit them myself, without reducing the dose, I just stopped taking them, I don't take them for ten days, I began to sleep worse, anxiety appeared, tinnitus, when in a relaxed position, when turning the head, eyes in the head some incomprehensible sensations, As if an electric shock hits, please tell me what to do? There are still pills left, wait out the withdrawal syndrome or continue taking, if you continue, then in what dosage? Just like I took 1? Or reduce and take in ascending order? Thank you!
