Can honey harm and affect the effectiveness of contraception?

I'm sorry to write the same question a second time, but when I go back to what I added earlier, an error pops up and I can not read the answer ... Can eating a large amount of honey harm in any way? Can it weaken the effect of naraya 21tabl combined contraceptive pills? I've been eating at least a few teaspoons a day lately. Best regards.

Honey does not affect the effectiveness of contraception. Can large amounts of honey harm? Yes, if you have glucose tolerance problems or are overweight/obese and do not control the amount of calories consumed or your sugar levels. We talked more about honey here:

To @Kozieradka:

Yes, you can. Food and drink have no effect on the contraceptive implant. There are no specific products to avoid when using a birth control implant because its effects are not directly related to diet.

The implant works by releasing hormones into the bloodstream and does not interact with food or drinks. You can enjoy your favorite foods and drinks in peace.

And can I add a lot of honey to my tea every day with implanon NXT to green tea every day ? Will it affect the effectiveness of contraception?

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
