Is bambino intimate hygiene gel with lactic acid safe?

Are bambino intimate hygiene gels, which contain lactic acid but ph is neutral, safe for the intimate areas? Shouldn't the ph be acidic? Is lactic acid enough in this gel and can be safely used without fear of destroying the bacterial flora? We are talking about an adult but with sensitive skin.

It can generally be considered that if the liquid does not irritate or sensitize you, then yes, it is safe. However, it is worth remembering that for proper hygiene of intimate places can also be used simply ordinary soap, it does not have to be a special gel. Gel, soap or other agent should not be introduced into the vagina. Intimate areas, of course, are washed from the outside, inside the vaginal mucosa "washes itself". A different pH basically applies to the pH of the vagina, not the vulva and external areas, i.e. those that should be washed.
