Will anise added to tea affect the effectiveness of birth control pills?
Hello, I found some answers here regarding anise, but my question is - does drinking ordinary tea in which an anise star swims (typically for taste) reduces the effect of birth control pills? Very often I drink such tea, in which anise grains float, at irregular times, hence my concern.

Can I drink digestive tea while taking birth control pills that contains: peppermint 62%, dried anise fruit 12%, dried fennel fruit 12%, dried cumin fruit 12%, dried licorice root 2%?

And drinking literally half a glass of anise vodka about 5 hours before taking a pill can reduce the effect of birth control pills?
