Hello, a year ago I put an IUD into uterine mirena. Throughout the year, she had practically all the spotting time with a few days and intervals. Now, when a year has passed since I was put on, I got a heavy menstruation, it is already the second menstruation with an interval of 14 days. Is the doctor able to observe something during menstruation on the visit?

If intense bleeding occurs during the use of the Mirena IUD, it is recommended to consult a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/49634/mirena-przyrzad/apteki The doctor at the visit will determine the possibility of performing, for example, ultrasound, which will show the location of the IUD and perhaps indicate the cause of excessive bleeding. If it is not possible to visit a stationary visit, it is also possible to use the teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I also encourage you to report the occurrence of excessive bleeding as an adverse reaction of the Mirena IUD. Reporting adverse reactions allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market.
