The term that bleeding is abundant can have very different meanings - for each woman it can mean something different. Usually, with the first 2 packages, it is very common for unplanned bleeding or spotting to occur, because the body has to adapt to the new situation. Therefore, I suspect that the situation you describe is probably not something that should be of concern. I leave a link to a video related to the topic:
