Hello, for over two years I have put on an intrauterine device Mirena, there was already a period that I had practically no spotting for several months and from two again returned regularly as if the period fell out. Is this normal?

If bleeding suddenly occurs during the use of contraception after a long period without spotting and bleeding, you should go for a check-up visit to the gynecologist in order to exclude other causes of bleeding, e.g. ovarian cysts or uterine fibroids. You can read more about contraceptive devices in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/wkladki-domaciczne
