Is Drovelis effective if I have spotting and bleeding? Should I change From Drovelis to another one?

Good morning, I have been taking Drovelis contraceptive pills for about 5 months. From every 11 tablets (each month) spotting / bleeding begins to occur, which usually lasts until the end of the package (spotting / bleeding of different intensity - sometimes these are spots, sometimes much larger bleeding, depends on the month). Is a.) this drug is effective and I have no fear of getting pregnant, b.) is this a sign that I need to change medications? Thank you in advance for your reply

If you use Drovelis correctly, you have not used any medicines that may weaken the effectiveness of contraception, there has been no diarrhoea or vomiting within 3-4 hours of taking the medicine, the medicine is effective and there is no risk of pregnancy. Spotting and bleeding do not affect the effectiveness of the preparation. Irregular spotting and bleeding may occur when you start taking Drovelis. This is related to the adaptation period of the body to the use of contraceptive pills and usually lasts for about 3 months. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/111326/drovelis-tabletki-powlekane/apteki Side effects reported with Drovelis include irregular spotting and bleeding. If spotting and bleeding persist for you for 5 months, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist. The doctor on the basis of the examination may determine the cause of bleeding. Perhaps your doctor will suggest that you change your contraceptive to another one that will not cause you to spot and bleed. I encourage you to report the occurrence of an adverse reaction of the drug. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market.
