Headache is such a non-specific symptom that it is impossible to clearly determine whether in your case it is caused by taking Karbis. Only if the doctor decides to stop taking Karbis and then the headache subsides, we will be able to presume that this symptom was caused by taking this particular drug. Because you write that despite taking medication there are pressure jumps - the headache may be caused, for example, by inadequate control of blood pressure and it will be necessary to adjust the doses of drugs or if the doctor considers it justified - change the method of treatment.
