Is there a big difference between Atywia Daily and Drovelis and can I use berberine, D3iK2, biotin and nettle with Drovelis?

Hello. A cyst formed on my ovary, which has reached over 30mm and is two-chamber. The Doctor changed my tablets from Atywi Daily to Drovelis. Is there a big difference between them? Can I use supplements such as berberine, d3k2, biotimamax, Indian nettle with Drovelis? Thank you in advance for your reply.
