I am 49 years old and I use contraception in the form of taking Qlaira tablets can I also take publicly available pills in a pharmacy for menopause, e.g. Soyfem or Dou-Fem?

It is not recommended to use menopausal preparations containing isoflavones, including soy isoflavones. The presumed mechanism of action assumes that soy isoflavones have the ability to bind to estrogen receptors (in particular, ER beta). Although the estrogenic effect of plant isoflavones is weaker by about 2,000 – 10,000 times compared to estradiol, the active substance of Qlaira, the use of agents with contraception, which, like contraception, affect estrogen receptors, may lead to an increase in their effect, and thus increase the risk of side effects.
