How do I change Qlaira to Axia Plus?

I take Qlaira and the doctor prescribed me Axia Plus In the leaflet I did not find information whether after the change from Qlaira (which from what I understand is a complex contraceptive) to Axia Plus should use additional mechanical contraception. After finishing the last active Qlaira tablet the next day, I took the first tablet with Axia Plus, was the contraceptive protection maintained, should I use additional contraception and, if I should, how long?
