Wśród leków przeciwzakrzepowych do podania domięśniowego wyróżnić można, np. Neoparin, Clexane, Fraxiparine czy Fragmin.
Nie są one jednak odpowiednikami leku Xarelto i nie oznacza to, że mogą być zastosowane w zamian. Wszystkie one wydawane są na receptę po konsultacji lekarzem, dlatego - jeśli będą ku temu wskazania - lekarz wybierze właściwy.
