Does Ismigen affect the effectiveness of Qlaira?

Good morning, I have been taking Qlaira tablets for two weeks now. I got a prescription from my doctor for Ismigen. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to ask if the prescribed vaccine would affect Qlaire. Please tell me if Ismigen affects Qlaire? Will I be protected during intercourse while using Ismigen? I would add that I have to take Ismigen for 3 months after 10 days. Thank you in advance for your reply.
