Can rough sex or a vibrator move the insert Kyleena?

The Kyleena IUD is placed inside the uterus and its threads protrude into the vagina. Vaginal manipulation, including insertion of fingers, usually does not cause the IUD to dislocate. However, in rare cases, if the threads have been pulled hard, a shift may occur. If you experience discomfort, changes in the position of the threads or other worrying symptoms, consult your gynecologist.

And if my partner inserts his fingers into my vagina, is he able to move the insert?
