Dobry wieczór,
w takiej sytuacji, proszę skontaktować się z apteką w której realizowała Pani receptę. Być może lekarz zaznaczył dawkowanie leku również na recepcie.
Ponieważ dawkowanie antybiotyków zależy nie tylko od wagi i wieku dziecka lecz również od rozpoznanej jednostki chorobowej oraz stanu ogólnego pacjenta (w przypadku chorób nerek oraz wątroby dawka leku jest modyfikowana), mogę Pani jedynie doradzić, by skonsultowała Pani dawkę leku z lekarzem i nie podawała leku na własną rękę.
