Zentel is not typically associated with an increase in D-dimers.

Zentel (albendazole) is used to treat parasites in children over 2 years of age and can cause various side effects such as headache, nausea or rashes, but there is no information available that it causes a significant increase in d-dimer levels.

D-dimers are proteins formed during the breakdown of blood clots and their elevation usually indicates thrombotic processes or inflammation, which is not a typical result of albendazole use. In the event of alarming blood test results in a child, I encourage you to immediately consult a doctor who will assess the cause of such a condition and select the appropriate treatment.
