Can I take a placebo break if I accidentally started a new pack and took one pink pill? I take drovelis pills, and a month ago I took them non-stop placebo starting a new package right away, but I felt bad after that

Yes, you can take the white pills, even if you took one pink pill by mistake. So you don't have to skip bleeding in this cycle if it's not good for your body.

To protect yourself, treat the day you took your first tablet from the new blister as if it were a placebo pill day. This means that you will de facto take white pills for 3 days, not 4 – today one pink pill from the new package, tomorrow white, the day after tomorrow white, the day after tomorrow white, and on Saturday you will start a new package, starting with the first pink pill.

Since the next cycle will run out of one pink pill, the white placebo pills should be started the day before – after the 23rd pink pill. It is important that the interval between pink pills is not longer than 4 days – then contraceptive protection will be provided.
