I would like to stop taking the Qlaira contraceptive pill. The blister contains 28 tablets. I had intercourse with the 24th pill without other additional methods of protection. Can I safely put them away with the end of the blister or is it better to leave them with the second pack?

You can stop taking the tablets after the last pill from the current blister. The intercourse was secured properly and there is no reason to worry.
The pills work by inhibiting ovulation, which occurs more or less in the middle of the cycle, so by the 24th pill ovulation has already been inhibited, intercourse has been secured correctly and you can stop using the drug without worrying that you will get an unwanted pregnancy.
