However, the effect of other antifungal drugs (from the same class as Fluconazole) on the metabolism of Pradaxa has been observed, so caution should be exercised when taking both preparations at the same time and medical recommendations should be followed. Both anticoagulants and antifungals are at risk of numerous interactions, so information on the currently taken medicinal substances should be provided at each visit to the doctor.
