At the outset, it should be noted that the drugs mentioned in the question: Telmisartan and Mirtor (mirtazapine) are prescription, so the legitimacy and need to combine them in therapy should be determined by a doctor. This combination of drugs can be used, but you should strictly follow your doctor's instructions and observe your body's reactions.

Telmisartan is usually used once a day, preferably in the evening, to ensure that blood pressure is stabilised during the night. Myrtle is also taken in the evening, as it has a calming effect and helps to fall asleep. The concomitant use of these drugs may result in an excessive reduction in blood pressure. If the medication is prescribed by the same doctor, follow his recommendations. Check your blood pressure regularly. If it is too low, dizziness, weakness, fainting or other disturbing symptoms occur - please contact your attending physician.
