Yes, Budes 64 μg (budesonide nasal spray) can be used during Pylera therapy. In this case, there are no direct contraindications to the simultaneous use of these drugs.

Budesonide is a medicine used to treat respiratory conditions such as asthma or COPD and has no known interactions with the active substances in Pyler. In addition, the nasal spray acts locally, so the risk of systemic interactions is minimal.

Since Pylera contains several substances (m.in. metronidazole, tetracycline and bismuth), it is advisable to avoid the use of other oral medicines at the same time. Pylera should always be used after meals to avoid unwanted effects.
