Should I take a tablet of the medicine Microgynon on Wednesday, if I took 2 tablets on Tuesday? Does a cold affect the effectiveness of the drug MIcrogynon-21?

I take microgynon pills about 12 every day. If on Tuesday I took about 13 tablets from Tuesday and Wednesday, do I have to take the pills on Wednesday or only on Thursday??
Does an illness (cold) cause the ineffectiveness of these pills?

On Wednesday, you should take another tablet of Microgynon-21 normally, despite taking 2 tablets on Tuesday.

The common cold itself does not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive pills of MIcrogynon-21. The effectiveness of the drug can be affected by the medications you take, as you will read about in our article:
