Hello, I put the ginoring disc on 25.01, the last intercourse took place on 01.02, can I take out the ring because of very bothersome side effects (itching, soreness), it was my 2nd package for 1 time I also had such symptoms, but I decided to give the disc a chance. Won't removing the disc in the coming days cause fertilization? And won't its removal cause menstrual complications?

Due to the intercourse I had yesterday, I encourage you to use the disc until the end of the current cycle. This will also make it easier to predict the return of natural menstruation. The body's adaptation period to the use of discs can last for the first few months. Usually these are the first 3-6 months. Side effects should gradually disappear during this time.
If you do not want to get pregnant, the minimum time that should pass from the last intercourse is 7 days. However, failure to complete the cycle can cause irregular spotting and bleeding and can make it difficult to return to natural fertility.
