Good afternoon! After installing Mirena, I developed eczema, although during my life, I am 52 years old, I did not have any allergic reactions on the skin. Does this mean that the spiral does not suit me and it needs to be removed? Or wait? Maybe the body will get used to it?

Uncommon side effects associated with the use of the Mirena IUD include, m.in others, pruritus and eczema. Perhaps the changes you are experiencing are related to these side effects.
If you associate skin lesions with the use of the Mirena IUD, I encourage you to consult a doctor, e.g. via teleconsultation, m.in. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-ginekologiem
The doctor will assess whether the changes are the result of the use of the IUD and recommend further diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. If the changes are not severe and do not bother you, they do not constitute an indication for the removal of the IUD. The changes may intensify and subside.
I also encourage you to report adverse drug reactions. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:

I have attached a link to check the availability of the Mirena cylinder and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:
