Drovelis is a preparation used as a hormonal contraceptive. Like any drug, Drovelis can also cause side effects, although not every patient will experience them. The most commonly observed side effects are: headaches, lower abdominal pain, breast tenderness and irregular bleeding after starting use. The most serious side effect is an increased risk of thromboembolism, although such episodes are rather rare. Drovelis can only be obtained with a prescription. Before starting treatment, it is advisable to perform follow-up tests.
