The concomitant use of Juvit Multi and Multi-Sanostol in a child of 2 years of age may lead to an excessive intake of certain vitamins, especially fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), which carries a risk of toxicity. Especially since the dose of 8 drops of Juvit Multi is definitely too high for a 2-year-old. According to the manufacturer, this dose is intended for children over 6 years of age.
Before continuing such supplementation, it is worth consulting a pediatrician to adjust the doses to the individual needs of the child and avoid overdosing.
