Hello! I've been taking contraceptives for more than half a year, but this time my periods don't want to go. My stomach began to ache after the second pill in the morning, but my periods were only smeared with brown spots. Now it's evening and it's been two hours since I took the 3rd pill, but still nothing worked. What can it be?

The question does not include the name of the drug. If your question is about the tagging Daylette, read on.
It may happen that you do not experience withdrawal bleeding while taking Daylette. If all the white tablets containing the active substance are taken correctly, you do not have vomiting or severe diarrhoea, and you are not taking any other medicines, it is very unlikely that you will be pregnant.
However, if the expected menstrual bleeding does not occur twice consecutively, it may indicate pregnancy and it is recommended to consult a doctor.
The occurrence of scanty menstruation and abdominal pain is one of the side effects of the drug. I encourage you to report adverse drug reactions. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:

If the ailments persist, I encourage you to consult a doctor. If necessary, you can also use teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
