It's been a month since I finished Pyler, but I still have nausea and reflux despite using Esomeprazole – what should I do?

After Pylera therapy is complete, symptoms such as nausea and reflux may persist for some time as the stomach lining may need time to recover. Continuing Esomeprazole is indicated to reduce stomach acid secretion and promote healing. Avoid heavy meals, caffeine and fatty foods, which can exacerbate symptoms. If the symptoms persist despite treatment, it is worth consulting a doctor to consider additional tests, such as gastroscopy, or possibly adjust the treatment.
