Can I use 125mg of L-thyroxine for spinal injury and osteochondrosis if I have hypothyroidism?

Hello. Please tell me. Can I use this product for rehabilitation after spinal injury and for the treatment of the consequences of advanced osteochondrosis, when I have hypothyroidism and I compensate for it with 125 mg of l-thyrox?

L-thyroxine at a dose of 125 μg is used in the treatment of hypothyroidism and has no direct effect on the treatment of spinal injury or osteochondrosis. It can be used as prescribed by your doctor, as balancing thyroid hormone levels supports the overall regeneration of the body.

However, the treatment of spinal injury and osteochondrosis should include other therapies, such as physiotherapy, anti-inflammatory drugs or drugs supporting tissue regeneration, which can be used in parallel, after consultation with a doctor.
