You will be protected while taking placebo tablets, and you do not need to skip the withdrawal bleeding break.
And with such a skip, will I be normally protected while taking placebo pills? Should I not take a break for bleeding?

If you missed a pill and did not take it late (even the next day), your protection may be reduced. You should use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom for the next 7 days of taking the pills.
If you had taken a missed pill, e.g. the next day, the protection would have been maintained. However, in your case, you did not take 1 tablet from the 2nd week, so please follow the steps above.
