Does a 2-fold delay of 6 hours in the following days reduce the contraceptive efficacy of the drug? Yaz?

Hello. I have been taking Jess for the second month. Before that, I took pills on time. Now the sleep pattern has gone astray, it has already happened 2 times that I took a pill 6 hours later. Not in a row, but this week it happened. Tell me, is it dangerous? Is it worth starting to use protection?

Taking the Yaz contraceptive pill for 6 hours does not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the preparation. If this situation happened twice and not in the following days, it also does not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the drug. If you have difficulties with maintaining a fixed time of taking the drug, I encourage you to change the time to a more accessible one for you.
